Our hygiene concept and our safety measures

Close communication with hotel companies o Procurement and provision of additional disinfectant and reserve masks for o customer bottlenecks • 14 days before the start of the event o Proactive mediation of the concept to all event participants o Training and instruction of all employees in the concept o Observance of the situation in the target area o Customer notice on social distancing and hygiene measures o Avoid staying in risky areas before starting o arrival for a previous stay in a risk area only with negativ Covid-19 test • Behaviour and communication o only arrive healthy, stay at home with the slightest signs of illness o no participation of persons who had close contact with people with corona disease o (higher risk of infection) o Carrying sufficient mouthguards and additional hygiene products (disinfectants) and thin gloves o If necessary, additional information on short-term special features • Transportation by CoolTourCycling o There is a binding seat distribution for the entire trip. o Wearing a mouth-nose guard is mandatory when entering and exiting as well as o while driving, please bring your mask with you. o Hand disinfection and paper towels are provided o We ensure constant fresh air supply through our comfort air conditioning system o Cleaning of contact points, in particular handles, armrests, folding tables • Overnight in hotels o please observe and comply with the specifications of the hotel company o depending to actualilty single rooms o we will try to choose "certified" establishments, currently is discussed in the hotel o industry to introduce this standard for the safety of guests • Risk and accident prevention measures o conservative route planning and self-assessment o Taking back risk-taking o as always bike in perfect condition and daily check before the tour • Frequently ask questions o Can we drive in the shadow shad? In such a case, you can choose to accept this change or request a refund of any payments already made. You have not been obliged to accept vouchers as alternative compensation, but we would be happy if you prefer a voucher and with us another time go on tour. You would support us with that.
